Most of us have cooked at seen fat separate like this. Today I want you to think of this as body fat! Let’s say you kicked it into high gear on January 1st and bam right out the door you dropped 8 maybe even 10 pounds in a short amount of time. Now you are noticing that your weight-loss is slowing and you are getting frustrated and thinking about giving in. Think of it as this picture. You burned through that surface fat really quickly because your body was in a detox like mode. Now you have made it to the serious stuff. It’s a lot tougher than the goo at the top. So even though you are not dropping rapid lbs doesn’t mean you are not making progress! If you are burning .5 to 1 pound of that stuff a week that is fan-freaking-tastic!
Now knock off the bullying and be nice to yourself! You’re still doing fabulous!
