I have been kicking around the idea of an online camp. I have had lots of questions about it and I hadn’t really thought about it, I don’t have regular classes the month of August so I have some time to play with this now. If I get at least 10 people interested I will start a 4 week class. It will all be stuff you do at home or in your yard and require a mat, hand weights, and a resistance band. Here is what I am thinking:
2 workouts a week. Video demo of each workout.
Access to a private group on Facebook to ask questions and talk to other members of the group.
A basic set up for how your diet plan should be going. ( Even if you are already on a program we can go through to make sure your entire diet is on track)
Deadline to sign up is Monday the 27th!
